At DKINZ, we are obsessed with coffee; we’ve tried every possible way to roast it, grind it and brew it. Our goal was to get a cup of coffee that did not taste like something burned in the kitchen. We wanted to have a coffee that was rich and sweet with all the nuances that we read in articles and advertisements. Chocolate and citrus notes or vanilla with earthy undertones. This is why we created the izac-I – A portable cold brew coffee maker.

Avoid the acid and bitterness that develops when hot brewing by using cold water that slowly drips through your coffee grounds from over 8 to 12 hours, you’ll be left with a dark, rich, naturally sweeter tasting coffee concentrate that you can enjoy over ice or dilute with water or milk.

The acid levels in Cold Brew coffee are about 67% less than in Hot Brewed coffee, this benefits your digestive system & is a better alternative for people with acid reflux, it’s also the reason Cold Brew is smoother tasting & less bitter.
